Stock trading News-

Indian markets ended bullish note. Nifty and Sensex up by 2.02% and 2.01%.

Asia Pacific traded positively Hang Seng up by 3.47% and Kospi up by 0.73%

Wall St. Flat.USD ISM Manufacturing PMI down to 52.7. Dow fut. up 520 pts.

Indian broad indices showed bullish movement and closed on positive note. On sectorial front FMGC, Pharma and IT were up while an INDIAVIX was down by 13.60%. Sensex was up by 516 points at 26231 & Nifty went up by 157 points to settle at 7949 level. European markets trade up side. Sensex falls 134 points to end at 28,370 while Nifty slips 43 points to end below 8600. Among major Nifty losers, Lupin and Bajaj Auto slump over 5 per cent while Tata Steel falls close to 4 per cent.
                  Among gainers, Cairn India surged over 6 per cent while Tata Motors gained over 3 per cent. The broader markets ended mixed with BSE midcap index falling 0.16 per cent while the smallcap index gaining 0.50 percent.

                 Indian stocks look headed for a higher opening on Friday, tracking positive global cues. The U.S. markets ended on a firm note overnight on the back of better than expected GDP data. The Dow, Nasdaq an S&P 500 indices ended stronger by 2.3% - 2.5%.Bank of India is likely to be in focus after the government said it will infuse capital funds to the tune of Rs 2455 crore in to the bank. Investors will keep an eye on rupee's movements against the U.S. dollar and the trend in crude oil prices.

Sensex, Nifty marginally up; Sun Pharma, NTPC gainers
The market opened marginally higher on Wednesday, taking support from stocks like pharma, FMCG and banks. The Sensex rose 73.99 points to 28235.71 and the Nifty climbed 25.95 points to 8568.90.

About 312 shares have advanced, 99 shares declined, and 98 shares are unchanged on the BSE. Sun Pharma and Ranbaxy Labs gained more than 1 percent as Sun said merger of Ranbaxy with company has been consummated.

 Tata Motors, Dr Reddy's Labs, NTPC, BHEL, Lupin, Cairn India and Hindalco advanced more than 0.5 percent while Bharti Airtel, Wipro, GAIL, Coal India, Reliance Industries, NMDC, Jindal Steel, Power Grid Corp and Bank of Baroda declined.

The Indian rupee has opened marginally lower at 62.32 per dollar today against previous day's closing value of 62.26 a dollar.

Stock Market Closing News –Sensex slips, banks drag

The market extended its southward journey for the fifth consecutive session today. The Sensex lost 30.30 points to 28161.72 and the Nifty fell 7.95 points to 8542.95.

 Essar Power will commence mining at its Jharkhand coal block in next few months to help the company restart its Mahaan power plant, lying idle due to lack of fuel since last 18 months.
About 1111 shares have advanced, 1701 shares declined, and 182 shares are unchanged on the BSE. Banks pulled the market down again. HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India shed around a percent each. Tata Motors plunged 3.4 percent.

Live Stock Market News— Sensex firm, Nifty opens above 8750

The market has opened firm with the Sensex gaining 151 points at 28803.50. The Nifty is at 8752, up 50.75 points. About 702 shares have advanced, 136 shares declined, and 93 shares are unchanged.

SBI, ICICI Bank, BHEL, Sesa Sterlite and HDFC are top gainers in the Sensex. Among the losers are Bajaj Auto, M&M, HUL, Hindalco and Bharti Airtel.

The Indian rupee opened flat at 62.77 per dollar against previous day's closing value of 62.78 a dollar.
